- Regarding the handling of personal information in all of our businesses and the personal information of our employees, we comply with laws, national guidelines, and other norms concerning the handling of personal information. - When acquiring and using personal information, we will specify the purpose of use and will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose (unauthorized use).

- If we receive a complaint or consultation regarding the handling of personal information, we will promptly investigate the facts and respond in good faith within a reasonable period.

Provision of Personal Information
We do not provide personal information to third parties, except in the following cases.

Entrustment of Personal Information
For business operations, we outsource a part of our services to external parties to provide better service to our customers. In doing so, we may entrust personal information to these contractors. In such cases, we carefully select the contractor on the condition that they have a management system capable of properly protecting personal information. We then conclude a contract that stipulates necessary measures for the proper management and confidentiality of personal information to prevent its leakage, thereby ensuring appropriate management is implemented.

Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information
If you, the individual, request the disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information we have received from you, we will verify your identity and then disclose, correct, or delete the information within a reasonable scope. However, this may not apply if it risks harming the life, body, property, or other interests of another individual, or if we determine that it would significantly hinder our business operations. When provided by law, we will respond appropriately based on that law.

We verify the identity of the individual using one of the following methods:
- We call back the individual on the phone number they have already provided to confirm their identity.
- We send an email to the email address the individual has already provided and confirm their identity by having them reply to that email.
- We confirm the individual’s identity by verifying their name and address during the procedure.

Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, etc.
We accept requests from the individual for the disclosure of personal information we hold, notification of its purpose of use, correction of factual errors in the information we hold, suspension of use, and suspension of provision to third parties (hereafter, “disclosure, etc.”). However, we may not be able to respond to requests for disclosure, etc., if they interfere with our business or with our business records.
